We're in search of enthusiastic, chatty people to join our small and welcoming group! This is where we discuss different books, new and old, nonfiction and fiction. Our group reads are informal and optional and four times per year (one each season), allowing us to move at our own pace. In addition to all of this, we discuss t.v. shows, movies, and a wide variety of other topics, but what unites us most of all is why we're on Goodreads: our love of reading. Before requesting membership, first, please read the rules. [close] We read a variety of books each year, including literary fiction, historical fiction, classics, short stories, biographies, memoirs, history, and mystery/true crime. Membership to our online group is open to everyone! We especially welcome former Literazzi members who have moved away, are homebound, or can no longer attend the monthly meetings due to scheduling issues. Since September 2001 we have been meeting on the second Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. at the Simi Valley Public Library in Simi Valley, California.
