Any chance of more colors coming for the Time 2? Rose Gold maybe? :)
Grant Il y a 18 minutes
@yunkin no prob please see the add-on costs in FAQ you'll need to add extra delivery for having two shipments
nem [Patrick W] Il y a 18 minutes
I have decided to cancel my backing of this project. Best of luck to you all, hope you are satisfied with the product. :)

hi, just wan to know if i can just add $99 to my time 2 pledge ($169 early bird, november) to get the september delivery for the pebble 2? my wife suddenly interested in it so want to add on a pebble 2 without compromising my early bird for the time 2. thank you.
Grant Il y a environ 2 heures
@zukakog ??? Maybe you should go back to sleep. You make no sense haha!
zukakog Il y a environ 4 heures
Checking site at midnight PDT. Nothing happening. From lots of experience with online classes, never make anything due at Midnight. Make it 11:59, so people don't have to guess on dates. Now I'm not sure if I have the right date, or if the site just hasn't updated. :-P

Backer answers: PLEASE READ THE FAQ

Does the Pebble Core work without a Pebble watch or any watch at all? Just want to make sure. Thanks!

Backer Questions: Getting rewards
How will project creators get my info to deliver rewards?
Project creators will send an email survey to request any information they need to deliver you and your fellow backers’ rewards. Survey questions may include shipping address, size, color, or other project-specific preferences.
Surveys are sent by the creator only after a project has been successfully funded, and the funding period is over. Some creators send surveys right away; others wait until they’re ready to deliver rewards. If you think you might have missed a survey email, please log in to your Kickstarter account to check — you’ll see a yellow notification bar at the top of the site for any missed surveys. Once you complete a survey, you'll receive an email confirmation that includes a copy of your responses.
Jeff McLean Il y a environ 8 heures
Richard you will select colors once the campaign ends. There will be a survey to verify shipping address etc..
Richard Swingewood Il y a environ 9 heures
Ok, I have backed the PT2, PS2 & Core option, now where do we select our colours? Or do we do that later once it has closed?
Steven Lykins Il y a environ 11 heures
Always wanted a time. Now my wife and I are going to get the pebble time 2. Super pumped
Paddy Il y a environ 11 heures
Where us Monika? Posting the reddit link, website spec etc would have solved a lot of the recent questions....
Sigh :P
Corey Hodge Il y a environ 11 heures
Sorry band length not the device.
Dean Hope Il y a environ 13 heures
It's 22mm. It's exactly the same body as the PTS
Corey Hodge Il y a environ 13 heures
I keep seeing 22mm(width), but has anyone seen a length measurement for the PT2?
Maxim Gorchakov Il y a environ 13 heures
Will Bluetooth headphones such as Bragi Dash work with the pebble core?
Luis Fabiani Il y a environ 13 heures
@Lancy I found it. It's silicon. They answered that in this reddit forum:
https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/4kvybh/were_eric_migicovsky_the_makers_of_pebble
"Time 2 and Pebble 2 both come with 22mm silicone bands, same strap size as the original Pebble and Time Steel. Both watches will fit any standard 22mm watch band. "
Lancy Il y a environ 13 heures
@luisfabiani thanks!!
David Crompton Il y a environ 13 heures
How about Pebble and BEHeadwear to hook up, would be an interesting combination
Luis Fabiani Il y a environ 13 heures
@Brandon Really? Material, size, weight, battery... There's a side-by-side specs comparation in the campaign page. At hardware, see what Pebble says:
https://developer.pebble.com/guides/tools-and-resources/hardware-information/
Also, quick google search:
http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/137700-pebble-2-vs-pebble-time-2-what-s-the-difference
Finally, the SW should be the same, but adapted to each hw -color or b/w, etc.
Luis Fabiani Il y a environ 13 heures
@Lancy, very good question, the campaign doesn't say anything about it. Or at least I cannot find it, @Dean, don't blame me. First I supposed I suppose it would be leather, but looking at the pictures it seems rubber. Ask the @Creator.
Dean Hope Il y a environ 14 heures
@lancy read the campaign
Lancy Il y a environ 14 heures
And does it come with a rubber band or leather
Lancy Il y a environ 14 heures
@WNJ85 my mum made this account, I just use it to ask questions
WNJ85 Il y a environ 14 heures
@Lancy if you're 12 then you shouldn't be on Kickstarter! And no, The Time 2 doesn't come with a metal strap.
"To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live."
Lancy Il y a environ 14 heures
Does the time 2 come with a metal band?
Lancy Il y a environ 14 heures
Which color should I pick?
I'm a 12 yr old boy and I wanted the gold one. I want to change the strap, what color will be best and does the time 2 come with a metal band
Gary Denney Il y a environ 14 heures
@Brandon https://developer.pebble.com/guides/tools-and-resources/hardware-information/
Anshul shah Il y a environ 14 heures
Hi
If you are taking delivery charges to India
Will there be any additional taxes too??
Gary Denney Il y a environ 14 heures
@willie whelan You'll get a survey at some point after the campaign closes to get your shipping information.
Brandon Il y a environ 14 heures
Anyone knows what the difference is between the Pebble 2 and the Time 2 besides the display (colour and size)? Any difference in functionalities or other specs?
Gary Denney Il y a environ 14 heures
I'd happily pay more as an add-on to have a Core with more storage.
Damien Carey Il y a environ 15 heures
@Arne, the PT2 already comes in that color. It's the black one.
Stephen Africa Moore Il y a environ 15 heures
@pipersw Pebble do not do stretch goals regardless of cash pledged!
pipersw Il y a environ 15 heures
As strech goal you could propose a memory upgrade ?
willie whelan Il y a environ 16 heures
Just backed but did not ask me for address . How do I confirm my address . Just by updating my kickstarter account ?
Arne Plutte Il y a environ 17 heures
Hi there,
because you linked to the TimeDock, just an idea: it would be great to stretch (goal) the colours for the Time 2 to an gunmetal version as the TimeDock offers too! So, no new pledge, just on more coulour!? Could be realized as a voting like TimeDock for the new Colour does.
Marcello Pisanu Il y a environ 18 heures
@Koen, 3. look at the pictures in Update 4
Koen Schauwaert Il y a environ 19 heures
Way to much comments over here to do a quick search for my questions as I just backed the P2 and PT2.
1. Will the backlight better then the Pebble Time?
2. Is the colored display of the PT2 as high in contrast as the P2?
3. The P1 (classic/original one) is pretty bulky and looks way too nerdy (a little is OK). How will this differ from the P2? There aren't any good pictures of both laying next to each other, yet.
4. Are there or will there be differences between the app compatibility between the black and white interface of the P2 and the colored one on the PT2? I would think some apps need a colored display to work properly.
Can't wait for September and December!
Jonas Hoberg Il y a environ 19 heures
@Blaze Clarke: Actually I didn't see it, although I watched the video several times. My girlfriend saw it while I showed it to her the first time :D
Blaze Clarke Il y a environ 20 heures
@jonas hoberg
Haha oh yeah, didn't see that
You have a good eye
Gary Ho Il y a environ 20 heures
Hi there,
Just wanna know if the new pebble devices can fully support Chinese characters, both simplified and traditional ones.
Jonas Hoberg Il y a environ 20 heures
Did anyone realize, that they checked the weather for Los Anegles instead of Los Angeles? :D
KampongBoy Il y a environ 20 heures
@DJDonTw - actually, Pebble answered why KS in their FAQ :
"As a platform for creative projects, Kickstarter is a natural home for Pebble, a small company that put wearable technology on the map with our original project in 2012. Crowdfunding a Pebble project on Kickstarter lets us publicly share our product ideas with the world much earlier than a traditional launch; gives fans an opportunity to have our latest and greatest stuff first; lets us bring ideas to life together with our growing, devoted community; and helps new people who have never heard of Kickstarter discover the potential of other creative projects on the platform.
Last updated: Thu, May 26 2016 10:15 AM AWST"
Paddy Il y a environ 21 heures
@DJDonTw
I think it would be easiest for Pebble to communicate with us if there wasn't so many comments that can be answered by the FAQ.
Or people moaning about having to pay tax.
Or people blaming Pebble for Apple's locked down OS.
.
.
I imagine dialogue will open up when the comments calm down and constructive discussion starts appearing.
DJDonTw Il y a environ 21 heures
I know that 2000+ comments is really overwhelming, especially when they have only started a 10 days or so... but I would like to see more of them talking with us here, instead of 'read the FAQ'... if they really wanted to just for for pre-order, they could do that on their website... why come to Kickstarter... Kickstarter is the place for Backers and Creators to communicate, create chemistry and a journey together... with Pebble campaign... it just seems a bit too corporate style...
DJDonTw Il y a environ 21 heures
@Lancy, I guess it is more about production limit estimations... They may still offer the same pricing, but their manufacturers can only make so much each month or each couple of months. Obviously, from the way they closed Nov time 2 reward, they did it when they felt that it was getting too much pledges that they probably won't be able to keep up with the delivery promised. It is the right thing to do I guess... not to over promise...
Blaze Clarke il y a 1 jours
@Icecarpediem
Keeping my eye out for the early bird ones, £6 or £7 off is everything haha
People snatch them up quick, waiting till the end to see if more open up as people decide weather to commit or not
Blaze Clarke il y a 1 jours
@lancy
I guess it was so they didn't run out. Say they had 4000 left and 5000 backers turned up, what then?
Also, they need to be sure they can ship them on time
