Join BMI as a Classical Composer
It is only necessary to affiliate through BMI's classical area if your works will be primarily performed under BMI's symphonic, chamber music or other classical licenses.
To get started, classical composers should send a full resume and list of works with information on performances and venues. There is no membership or application fee to affiliate. Thanks for your interest in BMI.

You will be signing a 2-year contract, and you may only have a contract with one performing right organization (PRO) at a time. Feel free to review our standard agreement.
