Join as a Publisher
Online affiliation is available to U.S. publishers.
To apply, you will need the following:
- Proposed Names For Your Company
- Credit Card Issued by a U.S. Bank
- For payment of a one-time processing fee.
- Valid Email Address
- A valid email address is required to receive and electronically sign the affiliation agreement and tax form.
