Six Planets from Yosemite
The five naked-eye planets, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, have been seen since ancient times to wander the night skies of planet Earth. So it could be remarkable that on this night, standing at the side of a clear, calm lake, six planets can be seen with the unaided eye. Have a look. Very bright and easy to spot for skygazers, yellowish Mars is left of a pale Milky Way. Saturn is immersed in the glow of the Milky Way's diffuse starlight. Jupiter is very near the horizon on the right, shining beyond the trees against the glow of distant city lights. Last weekend, while admiring this night time view across beautiful, high-altitude Lake Tenaya in Yosemite National Park, a thoughtful and reflective observer could probably see three planets more.

Yosemite National Park is a United States national park lying in the western Sierra Nevada mountain range of California.

#venus went into in Leo yesterday, so check out your monthly horoscope. We are all about the ego, and super sensitive to boot thanks to planets in Cancer. Venus today square Uranus in 9.8hrs. In Cardinal signs, you tend to rush into things with out thinking things through, or this can be confusing friendship for love, or you can be flirting hard at this time, but it may not lead to anything even though you want too. in fixed signs, watching your spending, your impulsive and pleasure seeking, and looking for instant gratification so watch your pocket and your health. In mutable signs , you can be reevaluating or processing certain situations, for some of you,you can be a bit indecisive so what ever your thinking about doing you might not do at this time

Planet Venus & Stars over Poland

Piotr: "From below (but, above the bridge): Venus, Pollux and Castor—that is the real interstellar bridge. ; ) Clear skies!"

Pollux, also designated Beta Geminorum (β Geminorum, abbreviated Beta Gem, β Gem), is an orange-hued evolved giant star approximately 34 light-years from the Sun in the northern constellation of Gemini. It is the closest giant star to the Sun. (Source: Wikipedia)

Castor, also designated Alpha Geminorum (α Geminorum, abbreviated Alpha Gem, α Gem) is the second-brightest star in the constellation of Gemini and one of the brightest stars in the night sky. It appears single to the naked eye, but when using a telescope it can be resolved into a multiple star system made up of six individual stars formed into three binary pairs. Although it has the identifier 'alpha', it is fainter than Beta Geminorum (Pollux). (Source: Wikipedia)
