    Bioconductor pkgs are just R pkgs; they don't have any special properties. The issue comes from GOSemSim::load_OrgDb, which says `require(...)`, attaching the org.db & other pkgs to the search path; this is definitely poor form, but does not cause an R CMD check warning.

    Use them fully resolved `AnnotationDbi::select()` / `dplyr::select()` or use the conflicted package to die earlier.
