Samsung's LTE dongle for the car is available now from AT&T
Coinciding with the Galaxy Note 7 launch

Samsung has tied nearly a half-dozen new mobile product launches to the release of its new Galaxy Note 7 today, including its LTE dongle designed to bring connectivity to older cars. Called the Connect Auto, the device plugs into the OBD II diagnostic port — found on pretty much every car of the last two decades — to give you vehicle performance data and help you locate the car.
The gadget also provides LTE connectivity courtesy of AT&T for up to 10 devices. The carrier will be the only provider of the Connect Auto in the US for the time being. The Connect Auto made its debut at Mobile World Congress back in February, but it's widely available starting today. Pricing appears subject to a data contract deal with AT&T, which will set pricing details independent of Samsung. The other products tied to the Note 7 launch include the new and improved GearVR headset, the Gear 360 camera, the IconX wireless headphones, and the Level Active sport headphones.
