  4. Select "Cancel Subscription."
  5. Press "Cancel Subscription." You should see a confirmation that this has been done.

How does the Alexa Pro free trial work?
Simply sign up for a Basic, Insight, or Advanced plan. You will immediately receive most of the benefits of being subscribed, but you will pay nothing for the first 7 days. Please note there is a limit of one free trial per account.
What if I have more than 200 million pageviews per month?
If your monthly pageview volume exceeds the Advanced plan's limit of 200 million, you can sign up for our Advanced High Traffic plan. It offers all the same features as the Advanced plan but is meant for sites with more than 200 million pageviews per month.

How often will I get charged?
Our plans are billed on a monthly basis, but you may cancel any time. The first charge will be processed at the end of your 7-day free trial.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Can I change plans or cancel any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to a plan with more features or cancel at any time. If you cancel your 7-day free trial of a Basic, Insight, or Advanced subscription within the first week, you will pay nothing for that first week.
