Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 Panel Discussion
Nasdaq recently held a web seminar on the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (CISA). CISA, which in October 2015 passed the Senate by a 74-21 vote, would allow the private sector and the government to share information on cyber-attacks that can help prevent serious threats to U.S. companies and our critical infrastructure. CISA must now be reconciled with similar legislation passed by the House early in 2015. This web seminar included a panel featuring Dave Toomey, Director of Federal Policy and Government Relations of TechNet, Matt Eggers, Senior Director of National Security and Emergency Preparedness of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Tyson Macaulay, Chief Security Strategist and Vice President of Security Services at Fortinet.
