New rulebook will enter into force on June 7, 2017 as Nasdaq Nordic introduces Auction on Demand - a Nasdaq Nordic cash equity trading functionality offering the participants the ability to enter into separate periodic auctions for crossing; Nasdaq Nordic also introduces a possibility to opt-out from having Orders benefitting from the Internal Crossing priority; Nordic adds as a membership requirement a duty to appoint Member Administrator in relation to the Member Portal; and going forwards also Nordic@Mid Trades will update the Latest Paid Price. Changes to Nasdaq Copenhagen Rules for issuers of Investment Undertakings
In connection with the revision of the rules the title of the rulebook will change to “Regler for undstedere af UCITS-andele”/ “Rules for issuers of UCITS undertakings”. The Rules for issuers of UCITS undertakings will enter into force on 1 June 2017. For further information, please see the Regulatory notice (English/Danish) and the updated version of the rules. Please note that an English version of the Rulebook will be made available soon.
