HP adds another mid-range EliteBook to its lineup
Never enough business laptops
Next in line of the never-ending business laptops from HP is the EliteBook 1030, a bigger and more powerful version of the EliteBook 1020 (also a smaller, lighter version of the EliteBook 1040). Because that's what the world was clamoring for. The 1030 features a metal chassis and is completely fanless, as most PCs with Core M processors are these days. Here are some specs:
- 13.3-inch Full HD display (Quad HD display available)
- 1.1GHz Intel Core M processor (1.2GHz Core M7 available)
- Up to 512GB SSD
- Up to 16GB of RAM
- 13-hour battery life
- USB-C port, 2 USB 3.0 ports, WiDi, and Bluetooth 4.2
It will also come with audio by Bang & Olufsen, perfect for all of the business execs looking to test the soundproofing of their Courtyard Marriott hotel rooms. The EliteBook 1030 starts at $1,249 when it's released later this month.
