Team members are people that can log into your account and do things (like create incidents, update component statuses, and other management functions) to update your status page.
People who visit your page will have the option to opt-in to be notified when you update your status page in the future. This will allow them to be proactively notified when you're having issues, and will help you to avoid getting flooded by support tickets during downtime.
At this time, we aren't doing custom plans since they become pretty tough to manage over the long run of a company.
