4. Requires Microsoft Windows. Data is protected prior to HP Drive Encryption login. Turning the PC off or into hibernate logs out of HP Drive Encryption and prevents data access.
5. Secure Erase is for the methods outlined in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-88. Supported on ElitePad 900 with BIOS version F.03 and higher. Cards and middleware required and not included.
6. Requires initial user setup. HP Business Desktops and ElitePads do not support HP SpareKey in BIOS.
