(1/2) We were shocked and saddened to learn that a homeless man in Middlesborough passed away on Wednesday. In his last days he was assaulted with spray paint and abused by members of the public. This tragedy could and should have been prevented and the lessons must be learned.

On lets just highlight that at least 12,000 people die from drug resistant each year - twice as many as the government's estimate for ALL drug resistant deaths in the UK - and that was in 2016

Today's mass victory is in a case we started back in 2013 after blew the whistle. But it is NOT in the past. The Govt has replicated and expanded the powers we challenged here in the Investigatory Powers Act – which we're challenging in the High Court.
