    I changed your Html to this:

    !!Note!! I didn't remove your commented out links

    Code:
    <div id="maincontent">

            <div id="DVDs">

               <div id="DVD0">
    </div>
    <!-- end of DVD0 div -->

                <!--<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3YtJ3oJz8c&feature=youtu.be" rel="vidbox 452 339" title="Manson Trailer">Click here to view the trailor</a>

                <p class="p-tl0">Click here to view the trailer</p>-->

                <div id="DVD01">
                </div> <!-- end of DVD01 div -->

                <!--<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFJ_9pAAvHM" rel="vidbox 452 339" title="Inside The Manson Gang Trailer">Click here to view the trailor</a>

                <p class="p-tl01">Click here to view the trailer</p>-->

            </div>
    <div style="margin-left: 16em;" id="dvd_links">
      <div style="float: left; width: 23.063em;" id="dvd_link1">
    <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3YtJ3oJz8c&amp;feature=youtu.be" rel="vidbox 452 339" title="Manson Trailer">Click here to view the trailor</a>
      </div>
      <div style="float: left; width: 18.063em;" id="dvd_link2">
        <a href="#">Click here to view the trailor</a>
      </div>
    </div><!-- end of DVDs div -->

        </div>
    and I added this to the css

    Code:
    #dvd_links {
        margin-left: 16em;
    }

    #dvd_link1 {
        float:left;
        width: 23.063em;
    }

    #dvd_link2 {
        float:left;
        width: 18.063em;
    }
    After making these changes it should look like: Screenshot by Lightshot

    Thank you! I'm definitely not the best with design. Do you have any suggestions or opinions on the aesthetics? I'm working on getting some still frames from the DVD to replace the b&w images.

    Well, your website is very barebones and simplistic. I generally like that in a basic website. I'm not quite sure what your website is going to be used for, but, if you're just providing information I'd stay as simple and clean as possible. Too often, I see people building complex designs for very simple websites. Which, if you are just building to practice and improve yourself, I completely advocate. However, if you're building your website to provide a service or information, it should only be as complex as the goal requires. In your case, It appears you are just providing information. Therefor, in my opinion, it should be a simple and clean design that efficiently serves the information to the end-user. You have essentially done that. The only thing, at this point, I would point out is that you are using a bit too much green. I'd find a good color that matches green and try to blend it in. For me, when I look at your site, the green is just a bit too much.
