Our Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance (MA) program is ranked 3rd in the U.S. among pre-experience programs by the Financial Times. The school was established in 1994 as the Graduate School of International Economics and Finance with 50 students and two degrees: a PhD and the Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance - Lemberg Program (MA). In 1998, the school launched the MBA and Master of Science in Finance (MSF) programs, and in 2003 changed its name to Brandeis IBS.
The school is part of Brandeis University, a medium-sized private research university with global reach located a short drive from Boston, Massachusetts.
