All Alone!

For #joinindaily by +Johnny Wills. The theme today is "Alone/Desolate" This was taken on the Racetrack Playa in the middle of Death Valley California. I was quite alone and if you check the geotag in the details you will see it is quite desolate! But also very beautiful!

P.S. If you view this large you can just see my truck on the very left edge of the frame! :-)

This was an experiment in shooting flowers under water from years ago. I just cranked the contrast and added a little split toning.

I found this gem while perusing my images from the end of last year. It was captured on the Alkali Flat Trail in White Sands National Monument on a sunny warm cloudless winters day.

This was my runner up for yesterdays theme of bridges for +Johnny Wills theme of #joinindaily however the symmetry of the bridge and it's reflection makes me think it'll work just great for todays theme of HALVES
