Sorry Microsoft but computer wasn't disconneted internet was cut

Since 20.10 I am trying to update my Windows to 1809 but line was cut so I used Skype to give a call to United States Of America Microsoft . I shared my desktop with them in order to allow them to try. During assistance connection was cut, red cross at the botom on right side was the evidence.
The helpdesker seeing that adviced me to contact France Microsoft but a malware, recognised by ByteFence was installed on my computer.
I cleaned everything and I used again Microsoft Update Assintant For Windows 10 and almost at the end connection was cut again with a noise comming from flat 182.
Sorry guy you don't scare me, your friennds last night saw that.
