First showcased at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo, albeit with a 125cc engine, the Honda PCX 150 has now grown up and will be powered by a 150cc mill. More accurately, a 153cc, single-cylinder, liquid cooled, fuel-injected petrol engine. In its current guise, the engine is good for 13.4bhp at 8,500rpm and 14Nm of torque at 5,000rpm, and mated to a V-Matic automatic gearbox.

With its aggressive design and trendy curves, it is no wonder the Honda PCX 150 has been quite a hit in Europe. Illumination is via LED lights at both front and rear, and the PCX 150 is equipped with a 12V power socket in the under seat storage compartment.
The PCX 150 rides on 14-inch aluminium wheels wrapped in 90/90 R14 tyres up front and 100/90 R14 tyres at the rear. Braking is via a hydraulic disc upfront and conventional drums at the rear. With a fuel capacity of 8 litres, the PCX 150 is expected to give an estimated fuel efficiency figure of 50 kmpl. When launched, expect the Honda PCX 150 to play ball with the likes of the upcoming Hero Zir 150.
