This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible. I still plan to speak to a manager to voice my concerns about the service here. The rooms are old and outdated, mine wasn't clean. The hotel feels more like a cheap hotel, and they are trying to classify themselves as "luxury"  . I won't be back, and I am unsure if other Hilton hotels are the same but I won't find out. Horrible, horrible experience. I checked out early because I couldn't even get a good nights sleep. I get down there immediately after she told me to come down and the cafe is closed....did I mention horrible hotel? The only thing cool is how close it is to O'hare but so are other hotels and you still have to take a shuttle so next time I will stay some where else...

I just moved to the area from the city and looking for gyms to kickstart my training in BJJ as my new year's resolution.
Stumbled across Counterstrike on Yelp.

First, let me focus on the business.
I recall Counterstrike when they were at a park district. I guess it's good they expanded to their own building and offer more classes.

Second, from what I recall, Ross wasn't that great of a fighter when he trained so I highly doubt he'd be a good coach. Just saying. If you do decide to take classes here, just be sure to take classes from the other coaches.

Third, the previous review from Arthur P. is hilarious and pretty accurate of Ross Gavino. Ross went out with my cousin a few years ago and sure enough, he was an arrogant, womanizing tool. He just didn't treat my cousin kindly. I guess some things just don't change. I haven't seen him in years so I can't comment on his weight or hair, but it is funny! LOLOL!

My how you've upped your food game! I had lasagna for lunch on my layover! Thanks United :)

But, I'm seriously missing the Tillamook Cheese and I bet I'm not the only one! We need a petition to bring it back and for bottled water in the lounge.

Sorry for being scatterbrained, but I also don't like the ladies room in this lounge. It's too dark and staff chitchats very vocally/gets in the way of patrons while cleaning. Really looking forward to checking out Polaris on the way home (Terminal 1, C18).

Very straight-forward to deal with. Clear quote with no nickel-diming. Karl answered all my questions on the phone. Was very flexible and accommodating when we had to change our initial appointment. Very prompt, even texting me answers to my questions during off hours. Then on the day of service, they were even early. That never happens! Did a great job with cleaning -- our vents were disgusting to start, but now they're clean. Also got the dryer duct replaced. Now we feel set for 2 years, and we feel good about the value of the service we received.

I don't understand the hype about this place. Wasn't impressed at all. All portions are of micro size which would be able to satiate perhaps dwarfs and gnomes. Meh, decided that this was our first and last visit.
