Reading these other reviews, it looks like I got off pretty well! I went on a Saturday evening during happy hour, when sushi was half-price. "Half-price" at Sushi Blue amounts to "full price" at most of the sushi restaurants I go to, but I figured what the heck. Came to about $3.25 per crab roll. There was nothing wrong with the sushi, but I wasn't particularly impressed, either. The restaurant was nearly empty at 6pm on a Saturday, which should have clued me in that I wasn't about to get an earth-shaking experience.

This place will not disappoint! My brother showed me this place during my weekend in Charleston. We had a few different types, including the blueberry dessert biscuit!

I was told this place was one of the top steakhouses in the country.   I have to agree.  

We weren't able to get a table until 9:30p on a Tuesday night.  That should attest to how popular this place is.

Amazing staff were right on top of things.  This place is pricey, no doubt.  My tab, with wine, was around $150.  But, wait...it was totally worth it.  

I started with she crab soup and some raw oysters.  Then, I had a filet (6 oz), about the smallest piece of meat on the menu.  I opted for lobster Mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes for sides .   No green stuff for me tonight!!…Read more I was told this place was one of the top steakhouses in the country.   I have to agree.

No dessert tonight.  Too full!  

This is a great place for a special dinner or event.
