Step 1: Download for Windows/Mac and run the application
*Downloads are checked daily and verified to be safe.
Step 2: Tell Us Your ID Number and Password
Please let us know your 'ID' and 'Password'
Once you have downloaded and installed the TeamViewer application, inform our Vodien SuperSupport Staff of your ID (highlighted in red in the picture on the left).
We will then be able to help you troubleshoot the issue remotely, as if we're sitting beside you.
*Once you close the application, Vodien will no longer have access.
