A Case Study
A large Northeastern health network has been busy acquiring new facilities and welcoming new staff. This rapid growth presented network leadership with two challenges. One, how does such a large network recognize and celebrate the achievements of a 10,000+ employee workforce? Two, how can leadership provide a community experience for a network spanning seven hospitals and more than 200 sites?
