Had a really nice time this July 4th, watching the Macy’s fireworks over the East River with Neil, Margaret and Julia. A picnic on the East River with friends is always a great way to spend the unofficial first day of summer – fireworks in the evening is a plus.

All across the United States today, students walked out of their classes from 10:00 to 10:17 am, to remember the 17 people who were killed at the Parkland shooting, and to protest gun violence in our country.
