We say, “Bologna: la dotta, la grassa, la rossa,” which means, “Bologna: the learned, the fat, the red city.” Because this city is home to one of the oldest universities in the world, one of the richest cuisines in the world, and a unique architecture made of bricks the color of maple leaves. But Bologna is so much more than this. BY THE RERUM NATURA

Before I had even stepped foot in Europe, I knew Copenhagen was the one city I needed to visit before my time abroad ended. My university’s exchange program in Barcelona has given me the opportunity to travel to Paris, Berlin, Milan, and many more cities and towns within the past few months. Even with all the irreplaceable experiences I’ve had so far, I’d be hard-pressed to name a place I enjoyed as much as Copenhagen. BY AARON YANG
