Deaths:

AUSTIN. Andrew Paul. Died on Friday, 17th January 2025, aged only 58. Beloved husband of Julia, son of John, younger brother of Nigel and Clive, uncle to Sam, Calum, Max and Zoë and great-uncle to Aaron.

GOODMAN. Corinne. Widow of the late Brian Goodman, passed away peacefully in her sleep in the evening of 15th January 2024. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Carole and Jenny, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. She was a wonderful mother and grandma who created many treasured memories. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

MARS. Dr Leonard. 9th February 1941 - 1st December 2024 Beloved father to Yuval and Ronit, loving husband to Agi, and doting grandfather to Abigail. Loved and missed by his three brothers. Len lectured in social anthropology at Swansea University, retiring in 2001. Kind and witty, he was highly regarded by students and colleagues alike. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

NEWMARK. Leon. The Rov, Dayonim, trustees and staff of the Federation mourn the passing of our trustee of the last 24 years, Leon Newmark. A truly dedicated servant of the Kehillah who gave so much to his shul, local community and to the broader Federation via his various communal roles. His warm and reassuring presence will be sorely missed at head office. We wish chaim aruchim to his children Jocelyn and Dov.

In Memoriam:

SEDER. Freda and Alf. Everlasting memories of our beloved parents, Alf, who passed away 1st February 1974, and Freda, who passed away February 2008, and will be forever in the thoughts of children Jeffrey, Howard and Marilyn, daughter-in-law Gail and grandchildren Arron, Ellis, Sophie, Lucy, Carolyn and Danielle.
