Restaurant Review: Dolma Restaurant : the best veggie restaurant in Brussels

5 out of 5 stars

I'm a long time vegetarian, in fact I have been eating vegetarian most of my life.
it's only when I got my kid that I wanted to bring equilibrated food consumption to her education instead of forcing and applying without any education all the good reasons to be Vegetarian today. Today she's 7 years old and she has this natural tendency after getting informed on HOW meat is being produced today to lower her meat consumtion without me or her mum telling her what to eat, because she knows why, she found it, she have seen it.

That said, time to time I do eat some meat that I like to buy from local farmers knowing how it was raised, killed and ultimately cooked by me at home, this is in my view how a little meat consumption is okey. as a society we eat too much meat. way too much for the type of works part of the "developped world" is doing anyway.
And this is without counting with the fact that Meat production is one of the biggest polluters on Earth and one of the biggest sectors we should change if we want to positively reach our

So when I go to Dolma it's like going Home, it's like finding all the dishes and flavours I love in one place.

I sincerely recommend this vegetarian restaurant in Brussels, just make sure to reserve your spot, must do for weekends and make sure to be hungry !
