Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy" or "Privacy Policy") is supplied by Riddle Inc. ("Riddle", "we", or "us") and governs how we collect, share, store, use and disclose information we obtain from or about you when you use our services. These services include:

This policy applies to your use of the services and platforms mentioned above, where "use" can mean use, play, install, download, sign on, download, visit, browse or access.

Scope of this policy

This Policy applies only to information that we collect online through use of our Websites or Services. It does not apply to information that we may collect in any other way or form.

Our sites or services may contain links to 3rd party sites or services. When you click on any link for a linked site, you should be aware that you are leaving a Riddle website, and this policy does not apply to any such linked sites.

IMPORTANT - Our policy in regards to children

Our Websites and Services are NOT intended for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should not use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not use our Website or Services or send any information about yourself to Riddle.

Where do we store your data?

Your data is stored on servers in the U.S. and in the EU. If you are an EU: From time to time, we may store data on a Content Delivery Network, which stores data outside the EU. By submitting your information and by using our services, you approve the storage of your information on these servers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is secure and in accordance with this policy.

Which information is collected?

Riddle collects a variety of information from or about you. Below you will find a few examples of the type of information we may collect:

1) Information from your Third Party Account

You may use a Third Party, such as Facebook or other social networking site, to sign into our services or websites. By doing this, you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your this profile/account but only as far as it is permitted by the terms of the agreement and your privacy settings with the Third Party Platform. Below you will find an example of the information we may collect. Please consult your Third Party Platforms help documentation to find out how you can limit, which information is shared with other services. By using such a platform to connect to our services you authorize us to collect and use the information provided by the platform in accordance with this policy.

Example of information collected:

• Your full name as you provided it to the Third Party Platform
• The e-mail address you provided to the Third Party Platform
• Your profile picture as you provided it to the Third Party Platform or respectively the URL of your profile picture
• Your Third Party Platform user ID number
• Your posts and the posts of your friends
• The user ID numbers of your friends on said platform who are also using that platform to connect to our services
• Your physical location and that of your access devices
• Your gender and your birthday
• Any groups you have may have joined or created on the Third Party Platform

2) Information from your wireless devices

If you play our games on a wireless device, we may collect certain information about your device, including: your IP address, your devices Media Access Control (MAC); your device Unique Device Identifier (UDID) where permitted or equivalent identification; your operating system including version number and also your mobile carrier details, your browser type or other software.

3) Information you provide to us directly.

When you use a Riddle Service we may assign you a unique identifying number and you may be able to select a user name. Your User Name may be publicly viewable by others who have access to the Websites and/or Services, and, in some instances, may be viewable to others outside of Riddle through internet searches and/or indexing. In addition to the user name you provide, we may collect any information you provide to us directly such as the following:

• Your name
• Your username
• Your email address
• Your GameCenter, GameCircle, Google Play or other high score or leaderboard service username

Communications, support requests, potential abuse - if you contact us for support or any other topics, we may collect and store your contact information, communication, and/or other information about you, which includes your name, e-mail address, username, ID number, location, game play or activity. This information is used in line with this privacy policy but may be shared with Third Parties who are assisting us in providing end-user support.

4) Cookies and information our systems collect automatically

Our servers automatically record information when you use our services. This information includes technical details about your access devices as well as information about your use of the Riddle Services and interaction with other users.

This information may be linked to your ID number and is collected through the use of log files and tracking technologies such as cookies.

Our services are using Google Analytics as well as other analytical software such as Flurry Analytics and/or our third party advertisers may also use automated means to collect information. We also uses server log files and cookies. Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer by our Sites and which collect certain personal information about you. Sharing of your information with third parties

We will not share your email details to advertisers without your approval. We may share your information (including personal information) with the following third parties or under the following circumstances:

Service providers. We may share your information with third party companies that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail campaigns, marketing services, hosting services and customer service providers.

We may also offer co-branded services and features together with our business partners, such as sweepstakes, in game offers, events and Promotions. If you choose to participate in such a service, your information will be shared with our partner.

We may also provide an offer wall, provided by a Third Party Provider in our services. An offer wall allows the user to get access to extra Riddle content by completing a third party offer such as subscribing to a newsletter. These offers are not controlled by Riddle. These offers may be displayed to you based on certain technical information, such as your geographic area or anonymous demographic information. After clicking on one of these advertisements, you will no longer be on a site hosted by Riddle. To credit your user accounts after you completed an offer, a unique identifier will be shared with the provider of the respective offer wall.

Cooperation with law enforcement agencies

We may disclose your information to third parties, including your personal information, if that disclosure is permitted or required by law.
