No. Shipment information will only be given to the sender, because they are the client and not you. It's up to them to contact DHL. If they don't reply to you then you have to dispute over paypal. It's the seller's responsibility to handle the shipment.
I understand that Germany is quite tough when it comes to doing masters that aren’t too related to your bachelors.
It has nothing to do about being tough, it is not a choice. The vast majority of our Master's degrees are consecutive. If your Bachelor's don't match, then you do not fulfill the requirements, simple as that. The few non-consecutive Master's we have are mostly business degrees for people from non-business courses.
With all that said, I think you can calculate your chances of getting into geo or polscience with a film degree.
