Am in PARIS right now. Nowhere near city center. There are impromptu parades, people setting off fireworks and flares, car horns blaring, flags everywhere. Never seen so many happy people in one place. It’s amazing.
I walked 90 mins to Montmartre and things were insane the entire way!

Hey I justed wanted to say thank you. I spent a year and a half recording one seconds and because of that I managed to capture moments with close relatives who have since passed. I even have the last moments I spent with my grandfather because I wanted to capture us hanging out together. If it wasn't for your app I probably wouldn't have captured any of that.

Can I use the app to film longer than 1 second a day? It doesn't seem like enough time before the next day flashes over. Maybe 5 seconds?
1 Second is longer than you think! We have a "super second" button that allows for 1.5 seconds when you need it. And our latest version allows for picking 2 snippets per day. So technically that's 3 seconds per day if you reeeeeeally need it. We have some things in the works that will allow expanding things further if a user desires.

I'm currently backpacking around South America and using Polarsteps.
Each place you visit it adds the location to a map along with pictures you've taken so you can see the overall route you've taken. If you have GPS on in the background it tracks things like bus journeys accurately too so you can see all the twists and turns.
You can also order a photobook after your trip is over.
1 Second Everyday is also fun when you're traveling.

Hi there. I'm assuming you're talking about the iOS camera. If you Click and Hold with the in-app camera, it'll take the LAST second and automatically log it as your Second for that day. Does that help get you what you're looking for?
Will V2 of the app be a separate purchase or will it be an update? I hesitate to buy it for 5€ ;(
Basically everything you get with a download today is everything you'll still get with a download of 2.0, but there will be additional things you can opt into paying for. But downloading it now or then won't really make a difference with what you'll get. Also I ran out of promo codes, but if you DM me your e-mail address I'd be happy to gift it to you once we get a fresh batch of them with our next release.
