Where does it say that the lower 45% in the IQ rankings are non English speakers? Even if we used IQ as a relevant measurement in this regard (even though it isn't considering that language has its own faculties in the brain) you're basically implying there's no stupid english speakers. Counterquestion: Do you speak anything other than English?

I think this poll may have been in jest but there is probably some truth behind it. But I've said it before, if this is your view there is literally something wrong with you, on either side of the aisle. Because your mental processes are now preferencing political successes over human successes, which is you know, the primary point of any political party and most human endeavours.
It also means they value democratic success over the lives of 25,000,000 people, which is despicably heinous. Though I guess their devaluing of human life isn't entirely surprising given their history.
