I personally jump when I’m in CQC, so it’s easier for me to headshot the opponent and the other guy has to readjust his aim which takes a bit time. Also, when I’m rushing houses and the enemy is in a corner I jump right at the door into the building so the enemy gets surprised and sprays shit
Practice, man. Play quick matches/war modes or switch servers and go bootcamp or Paradise. Resort. I used to be steamy ass but practice helped me improve
