They have been bought by CBS, they are no longer broke. They lost a lot to 7 because Fox wouldn't sell the rights to CBS.
A retaliatory dick move for costing Lachlan Murdoch and Bruce Gordon their bid. That's karma for starving the network's finances into administration in order to buy it at a bargain. Hopefully, Ten may eventually get some Fox-produced shows again after the Murdochs complete their pending sale of the studio to Disney.
