Most likely dealing with this type of lady the court battles will not be over. Hopefully she got zero visitation rights. Supervised visits are the worst thing ever for everyone involved. Even 1 hour a week can ruin your life.
Well, here in Virginia, there are a few different levels.
I had an emergency hearing and won.
Then we had the final hearing at the Juvenile Domestic Relations level and I lost...
Then we had the appeal at the Circuit Court and I won (most recent).
In order to have another appeal, there would have to have been some legal error that the judge made. So, she can definitely submit an appeal, but the judge did not make a legal error, so they would 99.99% deny that.
