You would be much better off trying /r/harrypotter
Sorry, removing again. Did not realize it was text only week - you can repost next Monday!
I remember it as "Fred" rhymes with "Dead" :I
I have always had this issue of not remembering. I can never not remember anymore.
3 POINTS TO SLYTHERIN

It's been removed, thanks!
This has been removed due to discussion only week. You may repost on Monday.
We'd'd need to see an educational decree from the minister of magic for anything to proceed.
Do I have to put on pants for this or can I go back to my armchair?
Good point! pinging /u/Vote_Gravel and /u/AccioInternets
Why are you pinging the old folks? We have an early bird dinner to catch...

Not only is it not open to non-affiliates, but even for us it's 3x more expensive than something like Planet Fitness.
A quick google search will show you that creating items from the Harry Potter Universe, or 'inspired' by HP is infringing on copyright and there can be action against you. Many Etsy shops have been shut down as they are cracking down on items like this. You can make 'magic wands' but you cannot sell 'Hagrid's wand'. You cannot use the house logos. You can certainly knit sweaters/scarves in house colors, but you cannot say it's 'Ravenclaw/Harry Potter inspired'.
I am totally, 100% guilty of buying these types of things online because they are awesome. But as a seller, I don't think it's worth the risk.

My wi-fi password used to be "Accio Internet." I stopped being friends with anyone who didn't get it.
I understand.
First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Reddit/Discord ≠ Government.
I know so many people love her, but Luna is so annoying to me. STFU ABOUT SNORKACKS AND NARGLES AND JOIN THE REAL WORLD LUNA.
There is a graduate degree through the Institute of Sacred Music. http://ism.yale.edu/academic-life/graduate-study/music-degreesprograms/program-choral-conducting
There are very few schools and conservatories that have undergraduate programs geared towards conducting. I have many friends that went on to graduate school for choral or instrumental conducting, but majored in composition, performance, or education for a bachelor's degree.
You are able to put whatever you would like as your flair. However 'prefect', 'head boy', 'quidditch captain', etc are nominated/elected positions within each house. While you can put the word 'prefect' as your flair, it will not come with the special badge that can only be given by the mods.
Soooo how does this work? Do they not get the next point they'd otherwise get? Or did I just waste a perfectly good Bludger?
It believe it negates the next quaffle they catch.
/u/dommywhoa - need your lawyer skills.
I removed Tattuesday but I'm at a loss when it comes to automod.
You can manually sticky Fanfiction Friday.
I did - but as for configuring Automod, I cannot.
Removed due to the Spoiler Policy.
added spoiler tag to it, sorry
approved.
I read the script book first and hated it. A lot.
I saw the play a few months later and fucking loved it. Absolutely brilliant.
I wish I'd not read the script first and went into the play blindly, because I think I would have different thoughts. The writing and dialogue that came across as poor in the script did not translate onto stage at all. The play was near flawless.
It's just, as a die hard Potter fan, and despite loving the play, I still can't get over how bad the overall plot was and how JKR agreed on some of the plot decisions that were made. In my head it's not canon. I try all the time to forget that Voldemort having a kid was ever a thing.
Removed until spoiler tags are added.
It can't be that, because that's literally just changing the name of the asset used for the background from url(%%slytherin%%) to url(%%ravenclaw%%). The mods know how to do that.
Yup, we all know how to do that! And that is what we are asking for. Some way that we can change something about the CSS - whether it's background, side bar image, banner, etc!
I would contact the graduate registrar in political science. My impression is that while Poli sci doesn't have a MA standalone program, you pick up the master's degree after the first year of coursework. (They just don't admit those who only want a MA)
So if your plan is to continue with a Ph.D after a MA, you can do that in Poli sci.
Call/email them to confirm.

Oh so even though AWEBEY's submission won 42% of the vote, you still went with the other one? Not a surprise from most of you guys. Just saying.
Kiwi, I think you are being unfair with your comments in this thread. I know I wasn't involved in any discussion of the contest, but I was a witness to it.
All four heads were being stubborn - and I totally get it. You were each right in your own way, and you were each fighting for what you thought the community wanted. (....sounds pretty canon to me, amiright?)
Many users wanted to see new CSS implemented, so the heads finally decided to try it out after months and months.
If I had it my way, I would have kept the old CSS because I thought it was pretty great and I was attached to it. I would also demand a million dollars and a castle.
