I was out of town for Halloween so I got to celebrate by myself last night. I was surprised how many people didnt get it, and instead thought I was just wearing a safety suit for visibility while riding...
I worked on this costume on and off since August.

1980 SR500, Stood unused for some 15 years. Picked her up and applied some overdue TLC. Besides rust on the frame and oxidized aluminium she was in pretty decent nick. The engine and tank were mostly free of rust too except the valve seats.
Overhauled the engine and gearbox and had the rear wheel fitted with a bearing as they originally didn't come with one.
Bad timing to be ready at the end of the season, but the weather was kind enough to allow me the day to clock up some miles.
TL:DR
I finally finished the bike and I covered it in stolen 24K gold that I got the Mexican Government to pay for.
