TITLE
He's super versatile, is incredibly strong and can fill the gap in like.... 4-5 teams. Too many characters in general are just shoehorned into specific teams or only one mediocre option. More Minn-erva, vision, etc type characters that don't HAVE to be meta defining.
Edit 1: Nebula, Yondu, Bullseye, Kingpin, Kilmonger, Elektra, Thanos, Night Nurse, Winter Soldier, Korath, X-Force characters, Mercenaries all existing characters that could be buffed and turned into swiss army knife characters that have a strong core to a team or an option elsewhere. Fix old content, aim rework and kree/ultimus update was amazing, I want more of that kind of content in general.

Hello and welcome to my first extremely long post about what problems are in the game and how I feel we could fix them. Buckle up everyone and let's get some good discussion going here and maybe, just maybe, Foxnext will ignore it like the rest of these that get posted weekly.
1.) RED STARS - Red Stars is still an overwhelming problem in this game. Some people pull insane amounts of 6 and 7 red stars for their teams and others in my group are still hoping for their first 6 or 7. Honestly, this seems like an easy fix but the developers don't seem to be listening. How hard would it be to program something that checks something like 250 red star orbs have been opened and no 7's pulled, so this one will be a 7? Something needs to happen here. I've seen people with 5 characters at 7 red stars and 10 characters with 6 red stars, while others that have been playing longer are still waiting on their first 6 red star.
1.5) Red Star Upgrade shop - Who came up with this idea? The first 4 levels seem on pace and then suddenly we need to go from 50 credits to 300 for a 5 Red star? My brain bleeds every time I open that screen and see 300 credits across 6 characters. Put it more in line like 100 or 150 doesn't even seem unreasonable. Also why the sudden currency change up for 6 red star upgrades? This should be your 300 upgrade credits one instead of switching to a different type of currency.
2.) A release cadence like other similar games. We are going over 6 months for certain characters to get released in a way that doesn't involve more and more forms of RNG. I mean how many Mega Orbs do we realistically need to open to get Colossus at 7*? I've opened 4 since he went in that orb and received no shards for him. I will bring up what your main competitor does. When a character is released in SWGoH, they have a small event that gets them to around 3 stars and 4 stars if you buy the offers (maybe it's 5, it's been a while since I played it.) 3 months later they are added into the orbs and a month after that they are released into a farmable location in the game, whether that is a shop or a node for farming and they are usually needed for a legendary character release at 5*. Which pushes me into the next glaring problem we have...
3.) Unfarmable characters for needed legendaries - I have had no issues with legendary releases until Phoenix, we suddenly had a character that needed 6* characters instead of 5* characters, but now you've even trumped that massive screw up by releasing Black Bolt who needs characters that just came out a few weeks back and didn't bother to tell us the requirements until one of those characters were already through the release cycle. It should have been an easy fix that even made you all some money if you reran her blitz and orbs before Black Bolt came out, but instead you tell us he will be back in April. Most of S6 came out a month before IW's first legendary event came around, but we knew what we needed for her and everything was made farmable in some fashion before her event. I feel like we are going to a whale's only exclusivity on legendary characters going forward and that is not OK. The gap is already growing between the payers and players, legendaries should not be another.
4.) ABC's and Orange gear - This is the obligatory NEXUS coming soon part of the post. Been waiting for over 2 years for soon, and when we look at orange gear that's the only farmable place outside of shops and random orbs. And Advanced Basic Catalysts (or ABC's) are a joke to farm. You as a company are releasing 4 characters a month lately and every character needs 250-350 ABC's to get to G12 at this point. So we need 1200 ABC's a month to gear characters to an actual usable level for U7 and Raids, but you can still farm them and for 100 energy you can get up to 5, but with my experience in farming them, you mostly get 0-1. If you are gonna charge 20 energy for a node, the least you can do is guarantee the ABC from it. Now I know that in December you guys gave out extra orbs and ABC's and gear, that's great, but since that is all over I cringe when I see all that I need to work on for wars, raids, and the upcoming Fear the Darkness 3 because unless the game is gonna make this stuff more available to us, it's just another wall for us all to climb over.
5.) THE INSANE AMOUNT OF WALLS - We have gold, training mats, and so many different gear problems, let me start on that one for a bit. Blue gear is becoming scarce now for those of us playing U7, purple gear, ABC's, Purple Catalysts, Orange gear, Orange ABC's, Orange Catalysts, and now the new G14 gear that we need insane amounts of to get our characters up to gear 14. And we know you are about to throw another wall on us with mods , plus we still have the problem of red stars stated above. Oh and the very first one we all have hit, and that is character shards. Basically every part of this game is a paywall and it is not making for a fun game. Ease up on the gold, blue and purple gear and ABC's and keep the walls at the top end. As it is, too many walls will close your player base out eventually and then the whales leave when there is no one to beat on.
6.) Stop increasing the difficulty in the Greek raids! Everytime these come back around suddenly I am having to shove more stuff into teams that cleared paths just fine the last time we played it, now suddenly we can't hang. This doesn't fuel a sense of progression. I am to the point that every move I make on my roster is feeling pointless, no matter what I do to my defenders this time to get through Alpha, it won't matter because next time it comes around they will still fail. My alliance was clearing Alpha with no problem last time around, now suddenly we have a major city issue again. Players want to progress forward and this is not the case with the Greeks.
7.) U7 and the timers - OK, i understand that U7 made to give us something to work towards over time to get to 100%, but the problem here isn't difficulty, it's racing the stupid timer. I could get 4 nodes further than I currently am, if I didn't have to double tap nodes to get them down. And that is using a team that ends each node at full health and is level 75 G13+. Please do something about this as it is not fun to run u7 for an hour and half a day on top of war and Greeks and other in game things to do.
8.) Actual new game content that is not characters or FtD. This is the marvel universe, where are our SWGoH style raids where our entire alliance is fighting off Glactus or Annhilus or Apocalyse or Dr. Doom. This would be an easy implementation and it would bring back some life into the alliance's as they are trying to figure out what works best to get them down so we can all get our rewards. Come on make it happen! I want a Sith Raid style fight where we have to fight off the 4 horsemen and then a huge end fight with Apocalypse! It would be amazing!

Was a nice alternative to spending 50 cores on each energy refill or a supplement to that and had the bonus of Heimdall energy included, now it's gone it's back to ignoring the other amazing offers they are trying to tell me are good value.
I expected there to be orb frags in this milestone. Seems like the perfect place to have them. Guess I expected too much.
