Hi everyone, another year just about wrapped up, wanted to share a little bit of info with you.

#1. Welcome to new mod /u/mobuco who has volunteered to help out with reviewing titles for context (make and model) to help keep our standards as high as possible, while trying to make the subreddit fun and interesting for everyone.

#2. Traffic for 2019: The subscriber count for r/carporn really started to move in mid 2017 and its growth has been linear throughout 2019 as noted by subredditstats.com. We are just shy of 900k subscribers which means in 2019 we added over 300k new people looking at all the amazing cars you guys post. Thats great for the subreddit because it means we constantly have new content to look at.

#3. Congrats to /u/Gidevil, one of our most prolific submitters, with the top post of 2019 (so far) this insane Aston Martin Vulcan, and also to /u/squier8999 with the top OC post of the year, his JDM Supra. Nice ride.

#4. Once again a thank you to all the people who remember to include the make or model (or both) of the vehicle you are submitting in the title. Like I mentioned last year this is what sets this community apart and makes it the best and biggest car photography sub on reddit. That's 100% on you guys so thanks again and lets all do our part to help grow the sub in the coming years.
