Returns

If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title (or other merchandise, aside from the exceptions below).

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following:

• Orders for books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title).
• Orders for books in quantities of 5 or more (of the same title) exceeding a sum of $300.
• New books containing software, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened are also not returnable.
• Opened games or DVDs (plastic wrap removed). Unopened games or DVDs, still in their plastic wrap, are returnable within 30 days of receipt, in which case we will credit your account for the full amount of the item.
