Specifically for students who commute
Students who commute to Point Park’s campus in Downtown Pittsburgh approach school differently than students who live on campus — from arranging for transportation and parking to needing a locker, knowing where to eat and finding a place to relax before, after or between classes.
Basically, any student not living in a Point Park residence hall is considered a commuter student, whether you are a:
- traditional-age student living at home or off-campus
- adult student living off-campus
- graduate student

If you’re commuting to classes at Point Park, you'll need to know the options for getting to campus, from driving to biking to using mass transit.

As a commuter, you obviously don't live on campus (though it may feel that way some days). You may be on campus enough, though, that you'll find you need things while you're here, such as a place to relax, lockers to store your stuff and quick access to food/snacks.
