This hotel in Torrance is like a wormhole to Japan, apparently. The sushi bar is populated by Japanese businessmen, and the noodles are made fresh daily. Spa specializes in Japanese treatments.

This makes me want to have a sushi bar at my wedding. I feel like that may be expensive though.

Sushi is traditionally asian. This may be too maintstream and would have to different from sushi bars however it will attract customers.

Sushi Bar. Could be a chunk of our appetizers- we could just pick it up that day and keep it cold till we serve - maybe avoid ones with raw fish if we don't serve it on ice
