Our Fundraisers

We are extremely grateful to all our volunteer fundraisers who help us to care for over 470,000 much-loved pets every single year. Fundraising

PDSA takes seriously any complaint about its fundraising and marketing activities. We aim to respond speedily to satisfy our supporters, volunteers and customers.

PDSA are committed to the highest standards in fundraising practice. As such, we are registered with the Fundraising Regulator and aim to adhere to the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice.

If you have a complaint about PDSA's fundraising, please:

  • Call: Free phone 0800 0199 166, or
  • Email: using our general enquiries form, or

If you are dissatisfied with our response at the end of that process, you can refer the matter for further investigation to the Fundraising Standards Board.

Veterinary

If you have a complaint about PDSA veterinary services you should, in the first instance, raise your concerns with the PDSA Pet Hospital where your pet was treated as staff there are best placed to help you.

You will be able to locate your local PDSA Pet Hospital’s contact number on your terms and conditions. Please ask to speak to the Client Services Manager who will be happy to support you with your concerns.
