Oracle guarantees the lowest hotel rates at our official conference hotels. Based on availability, conference room rates are in effect until August 31, 2017 or until room blocks sell out. Hotel rooms are available on a real-time inventory system, and are first come, first served.

The Oracle OpenWorld housing team will not contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations; you are responsible for booking your own reservations. The only time the Oracle OpenWorld housing team will proactively reach out to you is to announce that the booking system is live and/or to provide you with your final hotel confirmation details. The housing team can only assure room availability or rates for rooms booked during online registration or by direct contact with the Oracle OpenWorld customer service team. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.
