Visit The Met and make it yours! The Museum encourages group visits from social service agencies and nonprofit community organizations.
Request either a guided visit led by trained Museum educators and volunteers or a self-guided visit, which allows you to lead your group through the Museum on your own. Please note that appointments are required for all groups visiting the Museum. To request an appointment at The Met Fifth Avenue or The Met Breuer, use the following form:
If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] or 212-570-3711.
Hour-long guided tours are led by trained Museum educators and volunteers to help your group make the most of their experiences with works of art. During your visit, you will look at and talk about art, sharing ideas while discovering details about what you see. You must request your guided visit at least three weeks in advance.
