For emergencies, such as your server not responding, you can request a reboot of a server via your Memset control panel. We also provide two contact facilities;

Emergency contact is available 24/7/365 at no charge for customers with Managed Platform Support Level, and chargeable for customers with Manage Infrastructure Support Level.

During normal UK working hours customers can phone us for emergency issues.
