The job at this location was removal of ~12 squares of old, pressed wood siding and replacement with Nichiha concrete board on a inner unit of a two-story townhome. Trim and old soffit was replaced as well. The project included two coats of Sherwin Superpaint and ~25 feet of gutter. Randy included new downspouts at no extra cost to me.
