Juneta writes speculative fiction. What the heck is Speculative Fiction? Well, Wikipedia says… “It encompasses the genres of science fiction, fantasy, science fantasy, horror, alternative history, and magic realism.”
Here is what she says about her writing: My stories tend toward a smorgasbord of myth, legend, folklore, spiritual history thrown into a mixed up “grab bag” of paranormal fun, loaded with adventure, mystery and a touch of romance. The other half is Gothic – Steampunkish Space Opera fueled by the fight against tyranny and oppression, space battles, and characters with high personal stakes in the state of the universe, either way, it points toward fantastical exploits.
