Can I buy a single template only?
Our templates are only available as a part of the membership plans. However, we think you will find that $59 is an incredible deal, even if you only intend to use a single template from our collection. Also, the option with price $99 is half the price that most of our competitors charge for a single template download. Do not forget that you can download them all.
Can I use JoomShaper templates for my clients?
Yes, you are free to use our templates or modules to build websites for your clients. We love providing developers with beautiful and functional design choices for their clients!
What happens after my subscription runs out?
For Template Plans: After your subscription expires, you can still keep using the products you have downloaded from our site. But without an active subscription, you will NOT get updates and technical support from us.
For SP Page Builder Pro: Once your subscription expires, you will still be able to use & reinstall the downloaded component- but you will not be able to download updates or access the support forum. Free community support may be available on our Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/sppagebuilder/ ). The pages you've built with the SP Page Builder Pro will work after the subscription expires, but you would not be able to use the Pro features while creating NEW pages. You can still use the free features. Plus, once the subscription expires, the Pro license key becomes invalid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit & debit cards. And, we do not store payment/card information in our server.
Can I upgrade my plan if needed?
It is possible to upgrade your subscription plan anytime if you need to change it. There is an option available in the dashboard to upgrade.
Can I downgrade my plan if needed?
No, it is not possible to downgrade any subscription.
Do your subscriptions auto-renew?
Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each payment is a one-off payment.
Do you provide documentation and support?
Yes. Our product documentation is publicly available on our website. For further support, our support forum is available to the customers after the purchase of a membership.
How long do I have support access?
Product support is provided for the whole period from the purchase date of membership.
Can you help me customize my site?
Our templates, modules, and components have a built-in settings page that allows you to easily make basic modifications. We will be glad to assist you with small modifications which only involves issuing a few lines of code. But we cannot offer you extensive help in terms of modifications.
