View Instructable »Using the tubing mentioned in materials, I have tested the servo controlled valves to over 2100 cycles without any leaks. So the tubing, which is easily replaced, will probably be good for several thousand cycles.

View Instructable »The vacuum pump provide positive and negative pressure. Positive pressure muscles are easier to create and test. If a leak occurs, it is easy to put it underwater and test. This robot uses positive pressure to inflate and negative pressure to return to a rest state.hope that helps.

Yes, you have to cut the ends of the cross shaped horn until it fits inside the cam socket. No glue or screws are necessary to attach the two.
