Hunter Biden-linked company received $130M in special federal loans while Joe Biden was VP. Nepotism much?
An investment firm linked to Hunter Biden received over $130 million in federal bailout loans while his father Joe Biden was vice president and routed profits through a subsidiary in the Cayman Islands, according to federal banking and corporate records reviewed by the Washington Examiner.
Financial experts said the offshore corporate structure could have been used to shield earnings from United States taxes.
Rosemont Capital, an investment firm at the center of Hunter Biden’s much-scrutinized financial network, was one of the companies approved to participate in the 2009 federal loan program known as the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility, or TALF.

Former ambassador Yovanovitch committed perjury at impeachment hearing yesterday. And the perjury was exposed under questioning by Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik. Now, coming as it did on the same day that Roger Stone was found guilty in a court of law for basically THE VERY SAME THING, it’s fair to ask why perjury laws never seem to apply to Democrats.

Comrade Adam Schiff’s Next Witness Accused Of Obstruction Of Justice and Perjury. Ahh, another stellar witness. We’ll bet she lies her ass off.
Friday the 15th of November is day two of Schiff’s impeachment farce. The star witness is US Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, who was fired by Trump on May 20th, two months before the July 25th phone call between President Trump and Ukraine President Zelinsky. She is being called just to smear President Trump. Yovanovitch has been accused by Ukrainian prosecutors of preventing criminal evidence from being given to AG Barr and was exposed as lying under oath during her testimony to Adam Schiff’s double Secret hearings in the congressional basement.

Whistleblower CAUGHT Secretly Soliciting MONEY. We think it’s more like “laundering money.” Every time the Democrats get a rat they mysteriously make hundreds of thousands of dollars at GoFundMe.
The complaint, which was filed last week and obtained by Fox News, alleged the donations from roughly 6,000 individuals “clearly constitute” gifts to a current intelligence official that may be restricted because of the employee’s official position pursuant to 5 CFR 2635.203 and other statutes. To date, the GoFundMe has raised over $227,000.

Ex-NBC correspondent Bruce Hensel arrested for asking 9-year-old for sexual photos. Good thing he wasn’t a pediatrician. UPDATE: Alleged to be one of Rep. Adam Schiff’s (D-CA) buddies.
Dr. Bruce Hensel, 71, was charged Wednesday with asking the daughter of a friend through an online messaging app for the photos in August, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Hensel, who worked as the on-air chief medical correspondent for NBC New York and Los Angeles, faces one felony count of contact with a minor for sexual purposes.

Hudson Bay freezes over early for third year in row. The polar bears have already headed out onto the sea ice. Which is sad news for all the tourists who arrive this time of year to gaze at and photograph the poor, overheated, starving polar bears waiting on shore for the ice to form. Supreme Court rules than Sandy Hook families and survivor CAN sue the maker of the rifle used in the massacre that left 26 dead. We assume this may open the doors to all kind of product lawsuits. Get killed in a car wreck by a Ford? Sue Ford. Trip on a sidewalk? Sue the cement company. Seems to us like a backdoor way to ban AR-15’s. SCOTUS should be changed to MORONS in our opinion.
The lawsuit says the Madison, North Carolina-based company should never have sold a weapon as dangerous as the Bushmaster AR-15-style rifle to the public. Gunman Adam Lanza used it to kill 20 first graders and six educators. It also alleges Remington targeted younger, at-risk males in marketing and product placement in violent video games. Lanza was 20 years old.

‘You couldn’t make this up!’: Furious backlash after it emerges that Google has secretly amassed healthcare data on millions of people. If there’s no HIPAA violation then why the big cover-up? Lawsuits anyone?
The data includes names, dates of birth, lab results, doctor diagnoses and hospitalization records on ‘tens of millions of patients’, according to the Wall Street Journal, which first exposed the story.
Neither doctors nor patients were informed that the data-gathering was taking place or given the chance to opt-out.

ANALYSIS: Democrats have a Colonel Vindman problem. Yes they do. He’s an anti-Trump Colonel who’s violated the military code and should receive ‘vacation’ to GITMO and a court martial in our opinion.
1) Beyond his opinions, he had few new facts to offer.
2) Vindman withheld important information from investigators.
3) There were notable gaps in Vindman’s knowledge.
4) Vindman was a creature of a bureaucracy that has often opposed Trump.
